I almost don’t even know where to begin. Derek Smith, Chaz, and the Waldo staff made my Brothers memorial absolutely AMAZING!!! It was more than we even expected. The loss of my brother was heart breaking and came with unique circumstances. Never once did Derek make us feel like our requests were a bother. He ensured the Military tribute was in line and he choose the most perfect Pastor, Rev. Brian Taylor to speak. Just as I said, everything was perfect. The caring ways we were treated It felt like we had been friends for years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My sisters and I chose Mr. Smith and Waldo funeral home for our father, last week. I've been to many funerals, but never on the frontline of planning and being responsible for it. There was a little chaos in the beginning about the removal of my father's body, not on their account, but on mine and they made me feel comfortable through it all. I can be overbearing and a nervous/worried person, but Mr Smith did everything to alleviate those feelings for me. He held our hands through every step and anwered the phone sometimes multiple times a day and never made me feel like a burden. Keri, in the front office was also a lifesaver for me. I sent her so many emails, and I felt the need to apologize, but everytime she let me know that it's okay and that she wasn't bothered at all. The service for my father was beautiful and everything flowed nicely. After the funeral, I was able to rest knowing everything worked out better than I could have ever imagined. I am forever grateful for Mr. Smith and Waldo Funeral Home. 10/10 recommend.

The highest compliment I could give is that my mom would have been so pleased! Billy and staff did an incredible job. He took care of every detail and kept us all fully informed of every step of the process. He seemed to be available for us 24/7 and always with a reassuring smile.
