The staff was very unkind and insensitive, particularly the lady that does the intake. She was extremely rude and insensitive during the planning for my father’s arrangements. I believe her name is Sharon. She was only concerned with receiving the money! I do NOT recommend this place. Very ungodly behavior! No compassion or empathy whatsoever!
