I want to thank all the people who work there, they were Great and very Professional and caring. They made the saddest day in my life easier. I want thank you all from the bottom of heart ❤️

Out of respect for my family I will be brief. The man who worked on the day of the wake was beyond rude. My husband lost his mom and was told during the paperwork stage he can have a drink in a certain area. The drink (non alcoholic to be clear) was closed.When we walked in to the building and the man saw him he screamed at him and made huge hand gestures. I am breastfeeding and was originally told to pump (child at home) in a handicap bathroom. GROSS! When it was time to pump in the "chapel" that man was pretending he didn't understand and to take off my mask (when he was just yelling at people about covid). He rudely asked me why I didn't know where the chapel was. When we got into the room he was complaining about his boss. It was so inappropriate and the man doesn't belong in the funeral industry. In other news the bathrooms were disgusting. Our relative bleached the mens room and it was still gross. The lady (I think her name is Bonnie) was very sweet. She is the only reason why I gave another star and the 2 men at the funeral service were fantastic.

The air was stuffy, owners complained about everything & no sympathy. Owners also complain about water bottles being in certain areas but then they don’t even wear masks in a pandemic.
