Our family had a great experience at a most difficult time. Erika was so wonderful to work with. As both the officiant and a family member of the deceased, I am grateful for the personal and professional service we received.

I am a family member of the funeral today (6.14.21) and I will save you a phone call. The service today was subpar at best. The A/V change was simply to add a song during the service although that is not what transpired. Why was the USB/video not reviewed before playing it in the service? Would you not review, just to make sure it worked? Also, share the video screen after you have loaded the video, instead, we saw your computer screen and mouse. Someone should have been standing by when the service was over to dismiss the family...that is part of your services. This service was disheartening for the friends and the family, I assure you. It would be in poor form to contact the grieving family to dispute a review. Today was rough, no need to make it harder. Blaming our family for this needs to be the last mistake made today. Please take the criticism and learn for future families. I appreciate you editing your response to Catherine. It was in poor taste to place the blame on the family.

I just sat through the poorest conducted service ever! No guidance provided. No help moving people and family out of service. The deceased’s husband had to dismiss everyone! Audio/visual problems. Absolutely awful. I’m hurting so badly for my family and absolutely furious with this funeral home. Shameful!!
