We loved the service, the place was exactly what we needed to celebrate the life of our departed loved one. What we found super helpful was the live streaming during the wake, as we have family and friends in different countries who were able to accompany us during the wake via the internet. Also, the Obituary allowed for people to order flowers and they got delivered to the funeral home with no hassle. The whole staff at Van Orsdel was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole planning process for our loved one's funeral. I have absolutely zero complaints. They provided the best service I’ve ever received from any business in any category. Everyone was beyond compassionate and caring. The entire staff was very attentive and respected all of our wishes. They were so diligent and gave us good guidance on this process that is so painful.
