If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dealing with the death of a loved one was already difficult and funeral arrangements weren't going to be any easier. I was having a tough time with a previous funeral home and decided to turn to Unity. If you ever find yourself in a bind, Vincent Morgan is your man. Mr. Morgan gave my mother and I the upmost respect and attention. He made the impossible...possible. My dad was my best friend and I wanted to lay him to rest -- the best way possible. Thank you Vincent for the kindness, time, and compassion. To anyone reading this review, do not hesitate to come and ask questions -- he has the answers! :)

My boyfriend father passed away. They used this funeral home & I must say. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! A couple nights before the service we were told it would be moved up to 8am. The night before the service the lady arrived 2 and half hours late! The day of the actual service of course they arrived LATE! We were told if WE WERE LATE IT WOULD BE A FEE. We had a beauty flower arrangements that had to be dropped before the burial. It was a lot of traffic we called the woman & OFFERED to pay more due to us being caught in traffic, her response was “ that’s neither here or there you can either listen to his final prayer or you can hang up”. There should have never been offered the option to pay for late fee & then retract it. It was plenty of moments she was behind and the family had no choice but to wait on her. I’ve come to realize most funeral services feel once they have the money they no longer care. This woman clearly had her own plans for the rest of day that she constantly was rushing the family to do things. Lesson learned with funeral home. Make sure she doesn’t have plans going after your event or she will push things up and rush your time.

My stepfather passed away last month and due to Covid19, funeral homes were booked to max capacity. But let me tell you! This funeral home came thru for us, and were beyond AMAZING with us every step of the way. Avis is so sweet, and very patient. She was very detailed in all she did for us. Their dedication and overall service is definitely a 100%. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you UNITY! God bless you guys!
