They did a excellent job on my son's body for his funeral but I never got a death certificate. Then they tried to charge me 3 times the original price that was given. When I wouldn't pay they threatened to sue me I said go ahead and I never heard anything else about it. Greedy rip off artist. I kept calling to see about a death certificate that was paid for but I never got a response or the death certificate and they didn't even provide the right car to carry my son to the cemetery in they drove him in a mini van when we agree on a Escalade.

The Absolute Worst! Just left my aunt's funeral this company handled, very distastefully. The older gentleman (the owner I belive),I just watched him belittle the officiant...accusing them of making comments from the pulpit that the officiant didn't make. That's totally unprofessional. Then I've never been to a funeral where the undertaker doesn't wait to see if we the following cars are actually following. He lost half of the processional...we (about 10 cars out of 15-20 cars) had to find our own way to the cemetery. Then at the burial site the family wanted to leave flowers on the casket as with most funerals...the owner literally tells NO we won't be doing that. The flower acid? Will eat away at the casket. I've never heard such. This company is wrong all around. I wouldn't recommend them to bury an enemy I might have.

I suppose this is a great place for people who have low expectations of service. Please don’t get me wrong. The folks who run this business are extremely nice and they really try to provide a package deal for every budget. But, something as simple as flowers being misplaced is a bit unnerving. When my father made his transition, I had several people contact me afterwards asking if I’d received their flowers. And, I had not. Recently, my sister made her transition, and, again I had people ask if I’d received their flowers and again the answe was no. However, after my niece contacted to the funeral home directly inquiring about the missing flowers, the flowers somehow miraculously appeared a week later. And, of course, they were dead. While I understand it may be a bit of a hassle transporting flowers to a church or burial site, the funeral home should, in no way, take it upon themselves to simply keep the flowers. As a courtesy, the family should be contacted and informed regarding all flowers.
