Jason Lloyd is very professional and was more than accommodating with the Funeral service of my Mother and also Unfortunately 3 months later the Funeral Service of my Father-in-Law! Jason asks Questions and wants to know what your love one looked like so he asks for a picture. So you and the family will get the same look of your love one. I was there on Saturday for my nephew Funeral, Kayshon Parson, and the Customer Service was horrible.. Staff was so disrespectful.. & rude I wouldn’t recommend this funeral home to anyone. it’s already hard on the family at this difficult time but to be so rude was un call for. Please consider have some type of training for staff at the time of Breavement..

Jason Lloyd did the most horrible job to my beloved sister, I even sent photos of her,to him after we spoke on more then 1 occasion, Coming from NewYork City it was important to have a black funeral home take care of my sister, says Unity funeral home,in Harlem , where we are from, and that’s where I chose to lay her to rest, since my sister died in Pa,, before transporting her body, she had to be done in PA, She looked like a totally different person, we gave her a closed casket, my family was mortified, at his wrk,, so please before choosing Jason Lloyd seek out better funeral homes, for your love ones🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽,
