Having Sylvester working with me over the process of moms funeral, was perfection. He is a caring and detailed man, who was with me every single day, even though I was 1000 miles away. At the most devastating time in my life the staff at Oak Hill they were wonderful to work with. The made me feel comfortable doing what I need to do for my step-dad. They took a hard time for anyone who had a loss and make you feel at ease. Took time to explain, I had no idea what was supposed to be done.
