My mother’s services were very beautiful and well organized. I was very impressed how my mother looked. Everyone’s very kind and caring. I loved the fact that they kept checking up on us constantly. I would highly recommend this funeral home for your loved ones. Thank Y’all for your services.

My family worked with Angelica for my father in laws viewing and I should have know from her being over 39 mins late to our appointment with no call in advance that it wasn’t gonna go right. The day of the viewing the obituary still was never done because she said she never got our emails that we sent her & had proof of. & the prayer cards weren’t done either which we paid for. So the day of mid viewing me & my brother in law had go leave the room of the viewing & go speak to him(the manager) about our issues & he did his best to get the obituary up(after the viewing was already done) & gave us extra prayer cards. However it still doesn’t make up that we trusted them to get it right the first time as my family mourns the lost of their dad, just to not have it done & having to do it all the day of the viewing. I was highly disappointed mainly after we paid them over $1600.

Highly recommend Funeraria Del Angel Trevino-Palo Alto. They were incredible with my father’s funeral arrangements, especially considering we had to make them remotely since we do not live in San Antonio. It was our first time making such arrangements, but they made it easy and less stressful. Angelica and everyone at the funeral home were incredibly kind and supportive of it all.
