Funeral “director” Jennifer was dismissive, unresponsive and ghosted the family. We had to track her down to locate our family members cremated remains. I am convinced this was because she determined that there wasn’t a lot of $$ to be made off of us. I would definitely look elsewhere for someone who prides themself on true customer service. This is not that place.

I would never ever use this funeral home for funerals again. We had two people from family (not at same time) my grams was absolutely beautiful and the staff then was very sweet! When it came to my sister's funeral the staff was very very rude! first walk in and doors were open, so thought it was ok to go in and sign book as well as go up to view with my mom thinking it wouldn't be a problem considering my mom was saying good by to her daughter, and the lady down right kick us because my sisters husband wasn't there yet( which he wouldnt of cared if my mom and i went in), they honestly should have kept the doors shut if they didn't want anyone in that room period until he showed up, then they should've open the doors. im sorry but not sorry they made my sisters hair look nasty and greasy. Her make up was disgusting you could still see all her bruises all of her hands and arms. They all in all were absolutely terrible never in my life did I except that from a funeral home considering the situation. Again the staff was absolutely horrible and rude as *ell

The obituary needed more oversight professional and grammar corrections. My sister's hair looked like she just rolled out of bed. Her head was tilted in a odd position. I would go to a professional funeral home. Not impressed would definitely go somewhere else.
