My grandfather passed away in January. At first this funeral home was great, but once they got their money they haven’t done a thing. We had to fight to get his headstone (took NINE MONTHS). We paid for 2 of the thumbprint necklaces and still haven’t received them almost 10 months later. We keep calling to get them and not one person has returned our calls. We aren’t sure where to go from here. All I know is we will NEVER use them again!
