The whole staff at Toale Brothers was amazing when we lost our Dad and 6 months later our Mom in 2018 and 2019. George in particular was kind, compassionate, and diligent. Our parents were buried at Arlington National Cemetery and George was an expert in handling those arrangements. It was a 9 month, emotionally long process and every time I called, the staff knew who I was and promptly handled any questions or concerns. My siblings and I felt George was a pivotal part in making their burial everything my parents had worked so hard for and always hoped for. About 4-6 weeks ago I attended a viewing there and was appalled. First the body was still on a stretcher. That was obvious. There was no attempt at hiding this fact. The most appaling fact was the head was resting on a plastic trash bag. I know this because even the orange trash bag tie was present! I know the family could not afford much but this is no excuse for this appearance. Even one star is too much credit for this presentation
