Jan is very dishonest. I had dealt with her in the past. She overcharged us, we had our loved one move to Whitley Memorial. Jerome Whitley, he's deceased now. Came to my home ,my oldest daughter found the overcharges. It's ridiculous how she double and triple charged. I have the paper work still. During the times we lose our love one's we aren't looking at details like we would under normal circumstances. Please be aware Jan, isn't who you make think she is, when money is involved. She will double and triple charge you. In closing I should have made this public years ago.

They have been wonderful. Help with getting my husband's death certificate when they were taking forever. Prices were great. Will work with payment. Keeps me informed every step of the way.

Terrible customer service. Everything is outdated. They need to remodel. They over charge. Not including cutting my granddads beard almost completely off. He has had a beard his whole life. Every picture. We moved my granddad Hubert Wilson to BACHMAN HEBBLE FUNERAL HOME. They are awesome. Thank God. Felix (Third) McShan a great well known cosmetologist from Battle Creek was able to put him a beard on & corrected Perry’s Funeral mistake. I repeat do not go to Perry’s Funeral home.
