The funeral home was great to work with in arranging a burial & ceremony for my father in summer of 2023. Mr. Hartle is very responsive and handled all of the arrangements remotely (I live in Michigan), and is very pleasant to work with. He made it very easy to communicate via SMS text. I highly recommend the business.

We got news on March 24th my brother had passed away in Oil City, PA. I reached out to a few different funeral homes in the area and Tim Hartle made my family and I the most comfortable with him handling all the arrangements. He is very soft spoken and very compassionate about the work he does. Recently had the pleasure to meet Tim Harltle to make prearranged funeral plans for my mother and sister. He is very professional. My mother passed shortly thereafter. She was in Texas and had to return to Franklin. All the arrangements were handled seamlessly with our funeral home in Texas and he even contacted me as soon as he had received her body at the airport. He was always quick to answer any question I had regarding the arrangements and service. He is a very compassionate person. He made one of life's most difficult times a bit easier.
