This is Jill McCauley. I appreciate all that Mr. Reinsel did to provide a wonderful caring funeral and service for my husband. Mr Reinsel was very comforting and sympathetic to my loss and helped make this process easier. He was attentive to my wishes and was accommodating to the disabilities of our various guests. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Reinsel Funeral home. They not only handle your loved one with respect and dignity but will also help you through the process of giving them a beautiful memorial. An extended family member had allergies to the flowers that were present, Mike accommodated them by permitting them to take the folding chairs outside and kept doors open so they could still be part of the service as best they could be. He did a wonderful job of making everyone comfortable. It was how I envisioned it and how I believe that my husband would have wanted it. The reason I am on the same review as mom is because she doesnt have a goggle account. Mr Reinsel was AMAZING and Very professional . They were VERY attentive to details in the family's desires and wishes for my father's service. It was EXACTLY how we wished for it to be for my dad The building is spotless and very clean. Reinsel's funeral home has handled the arrangements of my grandparents, my father, my mother wishes for them to do her arrangements when the time comes and I hope to have them handle mine, that is how satisfied we are with their services. Mr. Reinsel goes above and beyond to ease the difficulties of the grieving families.

When my mother passed away 8 1/2 years ago, Joe handles everything for us and was phenomenal to work with. Dad passed away 1 /2 months ago and Mike was just as accommodating as his dad was 8 years ago. Mike got is the death certificates we needed, answered our calls promptly and answered questions promptly. Not someplace you want to have to deal with, but a fact of life you do. Reinsel’s really is top of line in dealing with the families.

They do not cater to people with allergies to flowers as the person having funeral said no flowers yet they set them up. Now I am very ill in bed with allergic flu thanks to these idiots not following what the person who had funeral wanted. Seems like the do not follow instructions of people who want to have funerals here. There are always alternatives such as fake flowers or having it outside instead of in your building.
