This is the 3rd time that I came from North Carolina for a funeral of my love one. The staff at Tillman is awesome. They give incredible support. Still in North Carolina I got a call from my niece telling me how very helpful Mrs Wells was in assisting her in the arrangements of her husband,my nephew. On my first 2 visits Mrs. Wells was not working there and with my grief I saw a beautiful,caring,thoughtful person that made sure everything went well. You could see the goddess in her. I didn’t need to meet the entire staff to know that Mr. Tillman hires the best. They are very professional and gives excellent customer service. If I lived in this area I would use their services and I highly recommend them to the ones that lives here

Tillman Riverside Mortuary provided exceptional, exemplary service to my family and I during the entire burial stage of my dearly departed husband. Particularly our coordinator Mrs. Wells. We were shown affordable options for a dignified interment. Mrs. Wells was kind and patient with our decision making from beginning to end, gently reminding us of any pending business details. Most importantly she contacted the cemetery to assure there were no issues with my husbands final deposition. Lastly when I didn’t have the strength to take care of final detail of ordering flowers, she kindly ordered beautiful floral arrangements for his service. No detail was too small for her. She noticed there was a missing suit accessory for my husband and quickly provided one for a beautiful, final touch. Lastly, I heard over and over how my husband looked natural and peaceful. Mr. Tillman’s skill is unmatched in making sure my loved ones (present and past), look their absolute best. I will be forever grateful for the service I received at Tillman Riverside Mortuary.

They were knowledgeable and aware of how to communicate with us during this difficult time. Each member of the team, especially Sis. Wells remained professional, respectful, and patient throughout the process of properly taking care of my father.
