I choose them for my Best Friend/Sister service. I had a little problem with their lack of communcation but finally got it resolved. I have my own plans with them for the future since 2011. We both are Veterans.

First off, I have seen food trucks and street vendors who have better management skills. It is the responsibility of the company to update the client of any new changes. How do you expect for a client to fork over thousands of dollars, and then keep them in the dark about services or product have been even rendered (or in my case, NOT rendered)? I have never seen such a sorry excuse for a poorly ran company. It is acceptable to make mistakes we are all human, but this company CONSISTENTLY drops the ball, is completely unapologetic, and completely lacks the ability to take accountability for their actions. For example, they use an outside company to build their headstones. This third party company has not advised or updated the client of WHEN they will be receiving their headstone. It is the FAULT of the company for not following up, NOT the client. Take some ownership of your shortcomings, learn from your mistakes, and DO BETTER. My mother died over a year ago, and due to high employee turn over, her headstone wasn't ordered until several months later, and I HAD TO REMIND THIS COMPANY that I paid them $7k and they failed to produce. Several times I had to call and ask about my mother's headstone. Here we are a year later, there is nothing to indicate where my mother's remains are buried because this company has failed to display any competent skills of communication. They are going to get sued if they continue at this current rate, inexcusable, sorry excuse to show any genuine kind of concern for their clients. I have no idea how this company has ANY five star reviews.

This facility has the most horrific customer service I have ever experienced in my life, My mother-in-law was laid to rest yesterday she had passed on the third. I realize that the fourth was a holiday but it took us an additional two days to plan her service due to poor staffing, The Upland office was completely closed until at least Thursday. Our appointment was 3+ hours long to make arrangements. After we finally got all the arrangements made we felt safe that everything would go smooth on July 18.. Not in the slightest she was a half an hour late! The driver did not even know how to set up the wheel stand that The casket sits on. When the doors opened to the hearse We see a white casket We ordered silver, we were stressed and terrified that it was our family member since everything else had gone wrong They neglected to have someone to transport the flowers to the venue. As we handed out the cards half of them were completely blank the others had no date of death.
