Complaint filed with Funeral Home/Funeral Director Complaint Form with the state of NY and hoping to seek truth from Dalton In Levittown who destroyed my family on how they failed to handle my mothers transportation from Florida to NY and cancelled the wake. Created a a bigger problem so much we moved everything to O'SHEA. USE CAUTION WITH THIS FUNERAL HOME.

My dad passed away at the end of August . We met with John prior to his death and he went through everything so when the time came we were ready and not have to deal with the many details . John was compassionate and guided us through out the process . We never felt pressured into making these difficult decisions. Once my dad passed we worked with Robert who was such a gentle soul . His calming demeanor made things go so smoothly and we felt his personal touches and words were so comforting to all of us . When we drove by dads house , Robert placed a single red rose on his doorstep and said a prayer . I had never seen that done before and found it to be so touching . At the gravesite , Robert commented on how his dad and our dad were similar . Their military experiences and love of pocket knives were a nice antidote to a difficult time . All in all we felt comforted by how Robert handled each detail as though he was paying tribute to my dad as though it was his dad !! Thank you to All for handling things so professionally and compassionately !

My husband, Peter Brock, passed away suddenly. This was a very sad time for our family. After speaking with different funeral homes, we decided that Thomas Dalton in Levittown was the best one to arrange our service. The staff was very caring and kind.They were very accommodating for all our needs. I would recommend them to everyone, knowing they treat you like family. Again, I would like to thank them for all they did to make this time a little easier for our family.
