We had a really good experience at Jerusalem Memorial Chapel. We chose it at random when our mother died and after calling a couple of places we chose JMC and are glad we did. Good communication at every stage. We had to transport our deceased from out of state and they took care of everything. The funeral service itself was lovely. Really special. The space is really beautiful, bright and airy. It was also well air conditioned. We would highly recommend Jerusalem Memorial Chapels.

Adam and his team were exceptional!! Adam stepped in at the most difficult time and dealt with absolutely everything - and made everything so much easier for me and my family. I can’t thank you enough for all the help and lengths you went to ensure my family had peace of mind.

Our mom passed away and we made our arrangements for services with Adam Novak Funeral Director and Managing Partner. From the start the extremely difficult and emotional process was streamlined and presented in the most comforting ways possible. They even hosted the Shiva after the cemetary in the facility. Rabi Weinstein was absolutely wonderful and after speaking with us about 15 minutes she was able to speak about our mom as if she knew her for 20 years. She hit every high point we mentioned and all the nuiances we had alluded to. This was a very difficult time for us and we could not have come through it as well without Adam and his staff. Exceptional everyone and thank you and bless you all. The entire family was blown away!
