Mr. Albert Vega and his staff went out of the way to help me and my family throughout the process of organizing my husband 's funeral. Flying in from Ohio on American Airlines,we were stuck in Dallas Fortworth Airport for several hours only to arrive in Brownsville TX Airport in a power outage and no rent cars available after a grueling 16 hour travel experience, he sent the limo to pick us up, he helped with the Mont Meta Cemetery staff that were not Courteous, tried to bury my husband in the wrong plot, called me stuck at Dallas Fort worth Airport to tell me if I didn't get to their office that day, they would reschedule my husband 's burial and at the burial, came up to me to tell me that I needed to buy a vase from them and have it attached to the headstone or fresh and artificial flowers would be removed daily. Albert and his staff made the worst days of my life easier because of the caring,professional and knowledge way of doing business and I am forever grateful for everything they did for me and my family. He even found vases that resembled the headstone color and fit on the stone and had our initials engraved upon them for anti-theft purposes.
