I found them to be everything I'd want in these circumstances -- prompt, professional, courteous, compassionate, not sales-oriented, and not overly expensive. From the initial notification (which was late at night for my father) to the obituary to the death notices and cremation, they made everything as hassle-free as possible. I've worked with A.J., Megan, and John at various times, and I'd say that all of them met or exceeded high expectations.
