My mom passed away and J.F. Floyd Mortuary helped me with everything. Everyone is so nice and compassionate. I really want to thank Scott Fowler for his above and beyond service. He is such a friendly, compassionate and extremely helpful man. He answered questions my wife and I had that he really didn't have to and he provided such valuable information. They definitely made an extremely difficult situation easier to handle.

I would have given ZERO STARS BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION…I truly hope “the owners” read this & fix my problems! I have never been to a 3 ring circus less organized than what I experienced when my mother passed away in April & it’s gone down hill from there! I’ve called 4 times & each time I’m assured I will be updated with the status of the scroll for my mother’s mausoleum ( they’ve actually had time to mine new granite for an entire new building out there) Then today I asked my son to park close to my parents since I have broken my ankle 2 times & have rods and pins-to my surprise, Nicholas approached my son as we were leaving & said “hey bud didn’t I tell you not to be on the grass anymore?” Yeah well things and circumstances CHANGE! I don’t need anyone telling me how to visit my deceased parents & explaining to me the function of a sidewalk…they surely can’t get my mother’s name right or the correct style of scroll or keep the trash picked up or have the chapel open for the service when she died. I could stand on grass in the rain for 30 minutes waiting on someone after I was given THEIR SCHEDULE to bury my mother. Tell us all about having to be worked in to be laid to rest during the 11/2/4 hour ONLY 3 services a day! Then asking me AGAIN for $2800 to open/close the mausoleum that has been paid for over 25 years and at that time Gordan & Karen Floyd included that at the time of purchase, but I did have a full buffet of food and drink at the mortuary. What more could I ask for?? A little sympathy & maybe someone with the competence to follow up and do their job! And as far as your flower policy…I’ll tell you like a tell my husband- the last person to tell me what I can and can’t do was my father and he’s dead, so I assure you-your policy of what & when I can decorate or place flowers on my parents’ final resting place is absolutely NONE IF YOUR BUSINESS NOR YOUR CANADIAN CORPORATION. If I could move my parents I would NEVER LEAVE THEM for “you” to take care of but my family has numerous members there and so is mine. How disgusting that I’ll be there too for my kids to deal with all your indignity of the deceased

My husband Cliff passed July 6th this summer. Everyone at Floyd’s was friendly and compassionate, helping me and my sis-in-law get all of the plans finalized. Terri Morris, Glenn Miller, and Jo El were angels!! Thanks to all who helped with Cliff from a grateful family!!
