They are the best. We came broken and mentally distraught but, they helped us throught it all. They are willing and able to provide you with your vision for the homegoing service for your loved ones. Whatever we asked, there was no hesitation to make it work and provide ideas. They were always communicating and making things happen even on the holiday. In reading a couple of other bad reviews, I felt compelled to write my own, because those don’t reflect MY experience at all. This funeral home recently handled the services of my Father, and I was VERY pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Hicks from beginning to end. I’m sure all businesses have issues, and problematic employees, but Everything went very smoothly for my family, and only errors they made in the initial obituary needed correction, which he immediately addressed, and made sure the corrections were properly made!!

Horrible experience! Stay away from this business!! Our family member's funeral was cancelled by the funeral home the morning of the funeral, leaving the family distraught and hopeless. There were numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the funeral director, who refused to respond to the family. In a time when people are most vulnerable and hurt from the loss of their loved one and to be treated without dignity and respect is utterly disgusting. They deserve to be shut down! Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.
