I would never recommend this place. I come to the door and the lady said there are no funerals today. I was like my cousins service is at 10 am she said no. She goes and talks to a lady and she told me I could come in yes there is mind you it’s already 10am on 10/15/24. She starts scrambling to turn on lights and and gos to get his urn out of a box and puts it on the table nobody from the funeral home greeting people she is dressed as if she is going to the store. Very unprofessional and i would not have a puppy funeral here just disgraceful. Shame on you Derrick jones and company. It may be another service to you but this is my family member and they deserve the utmost respect I am so angry I can’t even tell you.

The Derrick C Jones Funeral Home helped us give our mom a very befitting funeral at a price we could afford. The staff is very caring, patient, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend them for your funeral needs.

I was very pleased with the service my family received. I was very concerned about how my mom would look as she was extremely emaciated due to her bout with cancer; Mr. Jones promised he would bring my mom's original life-like look back and he did exactly what he said. My mom looked as beautiful as she did prior to her bout with cancer. Additionally, Mr. Jones was professional, informative and compassionate. I love the fact that he volunteered information instead of me having to remember all the aspects of a funeral. This is my family's second time using his services and we will continue to use his professionals services in the future.
