The service we had was ok...other than they didn't dress my father in his casket as my Sister requested. My main issue was his response either by phone or email after the fact. When family contacts the funeral home with questions, they should be able to expect a response. My Sister contacted Roger months ahead of my Father's death to get a prepaid funeral plan set up...and no response. We've contacted Roger numerous times for information...including the status of death certificates with no response. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this funeral home....even if they were burying there favorite dog.

If I could do less than one star, I would. In a time that was most stressful to my daughter and I, the person we dealt with was rude and unsympathetic to us, refused to deal with our out of state funeral home and wanted up-front pay for anything they did. He said a military service at the gravesite couldn't be done and proceded to name each county and why they won't do it (same reason for all 3). We changed funeral homes and got everything we wanted and it was a beautiful service. Tennant lost my business that day and will never get any of my future business or any of our family. The other funeral home was paid immediately, so I hope you're happy you lost business.
