I was attending a Funeral on Tuesday and forgot it was across the street at the Church. I go into the Funeral home and see a can of roach spray on the desk. I then hear this lady who claimed to be a driver talking about another person like a dog. I come to find out she was talking about my friend who is a Minister. This lady driver does not know my friend at all but she was talking about my friend because she wanted to do the Funeral and she wanted my Minister friend gone. My friend has recommended this Funeral home to everyone she knows and her Mother did the same. This lady was rude and nasty and then she called the owner over to the Funeral because she wanted trouble with my friend. I was shocked to hear the owner who is the son of the founder of the Funeral home berade my friend. I will never do business with this Funeral home and I mean never. The owners need a exterminator and not to talk about people who bring you business with a nasty loud mouth driver.

This funeral home had so many of my family members services here and this funeral home still hasn't been renovated. It's expensive. The bathroom is awful. Floors are not leveled. You hear awful floor cracking noises in all of the service rooms. The inside is very ugly and the restrooms are terrible. No baby changing tables in the restrooms. Main office is junkie. Old cd prayer for music. They are cheap with services but will charge you so much. Cremation is no better, but would be a better choice elsewhere. Most black funeral homes are awful. Go to the white funeral homes. They take better care of them. White cemeteries are better and much nicer. Lastly, while I was at a service I heard and older man taking to a younger black man trying to rush the service. It's all about money then the driver of the that day drove like he was in a racing game He kept switching lanes and we had elderly people in our family. Overall, I will be speaking with my family members about where their services will be elsewhere. I hope this place change on their actions.

Pot holes in the main parking lot needs fixing. Inside need to be upgraded. Ceiling and roof need replacing. They also need to upgrade air conditioning system. They are very professional and kind but start using that money that's made for some overlooked upgrade. This is not the year of 2000. When was any upgrade done.
