We was referred to Sunset Northwest Funeral Home by a family member who friend used this funeral home. Our experience with this funeral home was poor. If I could give 0 stars i would have. The funeral Director who assisted us during our time of need was not knowledgable of pricing and quoted us the wrong price so from the beginning we were unsatisfied. The director who is not licensed helped and assisted us and majority of our paperwork was done incorrectly and we had to keep going to the funeral home to sign paperwork that should have been taken care of from the beginning. This is not only unacceptable but during this difficult time it was not a good feeling. however i did speak with the director of the funeral home regarding our experience and he was very apologetic. but honestly the damage had been done. even after they had received payment in full the funeral director proceeded to call my wife and tell her that my mother’s ashes were ready to be picked up and upon my little brother arriving at the funeral home within less than 1 hour later she then states that he had to make an appointment to pick them up. The communication from the funeral director to our family was horrible and made our experience a not so good one! If I had to recommend this funeral home to anyone I wouldn’t….. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONE! They are unprofessional and unknowledgeable….

Miles B. Was very compassionate as well very patient giving what me and my family were going through. He was always ready to assist with any new developments occurred and were handled to our expectations. I would readily recommend Northwest Sunset to my family and friends.
