Funeral Caring is the kind, supportive light in the darkest situation. While the services they provide can be found elsewhere, they do them far better than other providers. I'm a civilian from out of state trying to navigate military death services. Nancy, who I highly recommend, knew the details and contacts to make this happen. She answered my many calls and patiently repeated the information. She expressed sympathy throughout the process, even through my anger phase. When you need these services, Funeral Caring USA is highly recommended. Nancy is the support you need.

When my wife past away, these good folks were on top of our needs in just a few hours. They kept me up to date through out the process and were always very caring and understanding of what I was going through. Sandra Morales answered my every question and was constantly there for me. I was very impressed and am very thankful for the professional way they dwelt with such a painful situation.

My experience with this place was really bad. The people there are too old to remember what needs to be done. The person kept making mistakes on the contract. Was not helpful when we called with questions. Once all was done and paid, it didn't turn out the way we asked for things to be done for our loved ones. They left out some details about the process that delayed the burial option we chose. No one kept us informed on how the process was going. We had to call different places to get answers and they still were unavailable when we called. I wouldn't do business with them. They were also disrespectful in the way of almost laughing about the whole situation when we were trying to get answers from them. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
