First, the passing of my brother, Matthew, was completely unexpected and caught everyone off guard. No plans had been made and there was no will or anything documented. Sullivan's Funeral Home was recommended by the paster of our recently deceased father and what a blessing the director, Mario Billow, was during this time. Anyone who has had to experience the unexpected loss of a loved one can certainly understand the grief and absolute frustration during the entire estate process. With Mario and Sullivans it felt very personalized and sincere. After just one preliminary phone call, Mario met us at the door, remembered the names of all involved, and ushered us to the office where all documents and disclosures were laid out and even projected onto a large screen for accuracy and completeness. There was no pressure or sales pitch, just an offering of what our options were. Mario reassured us of the steps Sullivan's would take to receive Matthew into their care and would consistently keep us updated on every aspect of the process.
