I want to share my experience with Kamienski Funeral Home, Garfield, NJ, and specifically with Funeral Director Anthony Pagano. My father passed away at home with his four loving daughters at his bedside, and it was his wish to be taken care of by Kamienski Funeral Home. When Anthony responded to our call, it was clear that he was a man of compassion and empathy for grieving families. Anthony guided us every step of the way and treated my dad and us with respect and dignity. He took an interest in my father’s life, asking about his family, work, and hobbies so he could reflect a life well-lived in the obituary. Anthony arranged beautiful services at the Funeral Home and Church, including contacting the Elk’s Organization, of which my dad was a member for 48 years, and the US Navy, each came to honor my father with a poignant ceremony. He did all this while providing support to our entire family. When we first arrived at the Funeral Home for the viewing, we were thrilled to see Dad looking exactly like he did when he was well. Kamienski’s care team is extraordinary. In our sorrow, we found peace knowing that we were able to provide all that Dad wished for at the end of his life and have a wonderful tribute to him. It was only possible thanks to the exceptional care provided by Anthony Pagano and his team at the Kamienski Funeral Home. Anthony, you are an amazing person; your kindness will always be remembered; my entire family sends you our heartfelt gratitude.

Honestly, I can't even express how perfect this funeral home has been to our family during this hard time. Not only did they go beyond what we expected them to do but it felt very compassionate and not just a business who takes your money while you're grieving. Every part of the process from the wake to the church and the burial site have been perfectly planned. Very professional and well organized. They made this difficult time very easy on the family. There was nothing we needed to do but to remember our beloved.
