I really appreciated how they weren’t overly compassionate or pushy but were able to identify the needs of my family and easily accomplish them with care that comes from sincere compassion and experience. While in the office I was impressed by the spirit of unity that the family operates in. This allowed my situation to be less awkward and more comfortable.

We had the privilege of working with Jose and his wife this week. The details were carried out quickly, smoothly, and attentively. Jose was quick to answer and would confirm with me daily the items we had discussed thru out the day. The day of the service (which was for my mother-in-law), where the casket would be closed, he shared a special custom of his that we had never experienced. He allowed the family to take as much time as needed and gave her children the opportunity to close the casket, all together, when they were ready. I really can't speak highly enough about the attention to detail, the patience, and efforts put into making a sad time go as smoothly as possible.
