We were very pleased with this funeral home. Not only did every detail go smoothly for our Grandmother but Moises was extremely helpful, kind and professional. It did not feel like a business arrangement at all you actually felt like he was part of the family trying to get all the details just right. We had so many compliments about this place from family and friends. Micheal also did a great job with the initial arrangements they are very friendly and wont take advantage of this vulnerable moment. The chapel, waiting area and lounge were very spacious. We were able to have a video tribute and it went very well thanks to Moises. We also walked behind the hearse to the cemetery and this was a beautiful sight. Any request we had this place worked with and kept everything looking flawless. Moises really knows how to take care of business as a professional with the right touch of compassion for the situation and families. You will not be disappointed with this funeral home. Beautiful funeral home made you fell very comfortable from start to finish.

OMG this place is the absolute worst, My mother passed away last month & I do not have the money to cover the expense's without getting in to their bank account & can't do that without a death certificate. Lori Larry & Moses were all informed of the situation not only were they not helpful or understanding they entered my mother in to the antigen program without my consent. I see several good reviews I I suppose they are a good company to work with if you have the funds up front to pay. From my experience they are greedy money driven heartless people & company. The only thing they care about is MONEY $$$$$ Buyer beware do your due diligence & research first. I also expect some slanderous response that will be fabricated to try & keep a good public persona & they will defiantly play the victim.

My mother in law passed away 12/22/19 my husband and I were looking for a funeral home on a budget we had gone to 2 other places but nothing really cought our eye, a friend told us about Casa Bonita when we arrived the first thing we noticed its conveniently located right in between the Rural cemetery and the Catholic cemetery that already saves us atleast $350 on the police escorts. There is a small parking lot in the front and a big one in the back to accommodate our guest. When we entered Casa bonita we noticed how beautiful and fancy it looked my husband even said "should we wait for the butler " Lol we were greated by the receptionist who was really polite and had allot of patience as I called her and Carlos many times to ask questions and give info as I wanted my mother in law to have a great service, we spoke to moises who has a great personality and he told us Carlos would take care of us, Carlos was really welcoming he gave us a tour. Casa Bonita is such a beautiful place, it has plenty of bathrooms a small kitchen that we used to serve drinks and food, Carlos also provided coffee the day of the service we had a gathering there as well after the burial. They also have a flat screen tv to show our memorial video, they have a great sound system (and mic )where we played beautiful music for my mother in law, and plenty of extra chairs to use as we needed them, some isles to put up pictures of my mother in law . After the tour we went to the office to discuss the arrangements( Make sure to take your loved one birth certificate and social security card we made this mistake and things could have ran more smoothly if we have all the info) we picked out a casket from a catalog provided, pick a sighn in book, and looked at program samples and poem dedications. The price was affordable we paid $4,600. (Note: the cemetary Is a separate fee) The day of the memorial everything ran smoothly I'm glad that in a time of stress Casa Bonitas staff went above and beyond to make our experience less stressful my mother in law would have loved her service , Thank you so much Casa Bonita.
