Tina Marquez went above and beyond to make our family feel like we were taken care of. She made this most difficult time a little easier on our family. We truly appreciate everything she did for us during this tough time. The service at sterling and smith exceeded our expectations. Thank you Tina.

All I can say is they went above and beyond what they needed to do in our time of grief as far as viewing our brother they were extremely flexible and generous with the time they gave us, and at the end the director manager went above and beyond also to coordinate letting us follow the Hearst to its final destination in Los Angeles which that meant the world to us as we traveled with him and did not leave him alone, also the driver was extremely patient and kind the whole way and overall to a very tragic situation they made it as comfortable as possible and again went above and beyond what they needed to do in my opinion so we are very happy with the service thank you so much!
