Sasha was incredibly kind and compassionate and made us feel very supported throughout. This was an awful situation, but I always felt her compassion and felt like she saw our family as real human beings, not just a number. Everything went according to plan and Sasha called to check in with us both before and after the funeral.

We live in Florida currently and traveled to Massachusetts, as we try to do annually, to visit with family and friends in the area. We are getting closer to retirement age and, as part of this trip, wanted to complete our funeral arrangements there. I contacted Stanetsky, as my parents and grandparents had their funerals arranged by them and they always did a great job for my family including making all of the arrangements when we had a death in another part of the Country. I called Stanetsky in Salem and was put in contact with Sara Collins. I explained that we live in Florida and that I wanted to make our funeral arrangements during our visit to the area. It was close to our travel date and Sara already had appointments for the date and time I had open. She was so very helpful and pleasant and actually moved her previously scheduled appointment with another family so she could accomodate meeting with my wife and I. We had a bit of anxiety n advance as it is a difficult thing to prearrange your funeral for your spouse and yourself. Sara though is incredibly kind and pleasant and put us completely at ease. We met for about an hour and arranged everything with her for both my wife and my own funerals. I later had some questions for her and she responded to me very promptly. She is a joy to work with and we are very grateful that we had Sara available at Stanetsky to help us. We are sure she would be the same to any customer. Thank you again Sara.
