I recently had a death in the family and utilized Lamb Funeral Home for the services. The staff was super professional and empathetic to my family’s situation. On top of that, the cost was super reasonable given the fact that it was a unexpected funeral. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a loss of a loved one.

Terry Lamb, the owner, has conducted himself in a woefully unprofessional manner when dealing with myself and my family. He employs staff who behave unprofessionally as well (some of whom are his family-go figure) proven in the way that they have spoken to the family members of those they are burying. This was evidenced in an irate phone call made to my mother by one of Terry’s staff members on behalf of LFH where my mother was cursed out regarding a matter related to a funeral that LFH is organizing. This phone call was tactless, amoral and egregiously unprofessional. Terry was made aware of this phone call and still made no efforts to address it or apologize for the actions of his employee. Concord is a small place without many options for funeral homes but virtually any option is a better choice than LFH. Edited to add: after being called on the phone by a screaming Terry Lamb, he demanded that this review be removed by the end of the day and that if I didn’t I would be contacted by his lawyer. I have added clarification so that Terry, his lawyer and anyone else can see exactly why this review is warranted, accurate and will not be removed.

Prior to the passing of my loved one, I reached out to Lamb Funeral Home for information concerning the services they provide. Mr. Lamb was so very kind and patient as he provided me with the information I would need to make a decision on how to move forward when the time arrived. I am so very grateful to he and his wife for their professionalism and compassion while assisting me to completion of this process for my loved one.
