They were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They waited for us to come from the emergency vet so that we didn't have to take our fur baby home and wait. They did nose and paw prints, saved her hair, and even did a paw impression with the clay I brought in. They made the process so much less stressful, which was especially appreciated considering it came out of nowhere unexpectedly. They also said that they do each pet individually, which I highly appreciate because it means I know I'm only getting my girls ashes back and nothing from other peoples pets. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs a pet cremation, and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and respectfulness through the whole thing.

Extremely wonderful staff. I had my beloved pet cat cremated here. Kevin was so compassionate and caring and Kylie was helpful and assuring that our Lucy would be well taken care of. The service I received and the little touches like a sticker with Lucy's name on it on her cremation box just led me to feel like I chose the right place and I felt Lucy was safe. Thank you so much.

Funeral Director, Kiley, whom we worked with for my Dad's cremation, was just incredibly kind, sympathetic and so very helpful. She virtually held my hand through every step, which was great, as I had never been through this process before. She sent along some very helpful documents to help me understand the steps I needed to take along the way. She replied to all of my questions rapidly and thoroughly. Honestly I felt so supported through the whole process. She kept letting me know she was there for anything I needed. Springer and Son's excellent website and images that Kiley emailed to me made choosing a beautiful urn and keepsake jewelry very simple. Prices were truly very reasonable. Planning for cremation or funeral services for a loved one is one of the hardest things you have to do, but choosing to work with Springer and Son will make that process so much easier.
