One hour before we were to arrive at the cemetery we receive a call that my grandma hasn't been cremated and the death certificate isn't even signed. One hour before we were to have our service for her. Now we don't know where she is, what's going on or anything else. The day after my grandma passed the person sat there and said don't worry everything will be handled. Pay this to open the crypt and we have everything else handled. Lies! My grandma is missing and we still can't let her rest. She was terrified of being alone and being in the dark. Horrible. Unprofessional service! One hour prior to her scheduled ceremony! UPDATE::: They said they would refund for her service guess what has not been done yet? Liars, thieves! Charge for everything they can. Want chairs $5 per person want an awning pay first that too how many peoole ? Pay per the person showing up. Oh and if you are super lucky they will loose your loved one and act like they did nothing wrong!
