We were greeted at the door when we walked in and were shown compassion and love throughout the entire funeral planning process. Tracy had a list of all the things we needed to make decisions on. We went through the list together and were able to discuss as a family until we agreed on the final decisions. When we gave him the obituary and photos, they were both uploaded to the website earlier than we expected. That was so nice to be able to share with family and friends. Tracy also took care of everything for the funeral service. Everything from the casket, flowers and music was fantastic. My dad would have been so proud! Holly with the after care called and discussed everything with me. Some things I knew about, but several things I had never thought of. I feel confident that my dad’s legacy will be preserved by the after care instructions put in place. Thank you to Smith-Westbrook for caring for our family during this time.

My mom preplanned her funeral which made everything much easier for us. My. Tracy was very kind, professional, and patient as we made decisions about flowers, etc and asked several questions. They will accommodate whatever kind of funeral you want. He also explained the insurance we had and the charges for each item. The Aftercare ladies called soon after snd gave us a lot of good information which was very helpful. They put fraud alerts on mom’s accounts, advised us what we needed to do, and answered my questions. Great service and the two ladies were very polite and compassionate.
