After recently losing my dad from cancer, I was so lost and helpless on how to take care of all the arrangements. I couldn’t have done it on my own without the help of Perez family funeral home. I’ve been to a couple of funerals at this location and they were so beautiful, I knew I had to come here also. Michael was very helpful by giving me all the information before I chose to go with them, he never pressured me on my decisions. He was there for me and my family the whole time day & night, if I had any questions I could easily send him a text and he would get back fairly fast. When it was time for my dads funeral we got to make sure everything was ready and looked good before the service and it was so beautiful. I put my full trust in them and I’m so thankful I did because it was such a beautiful service.

Knowing I was going to make plans for my loved one, I shopped around and wanted to stay local. Perez Family Funeral home was the one that showed more empathy and support so we went with them. I am so glad I did. I was not pressured into anything and the funeral director Was amazing. He was there for me at anytime day or night. I felt at ease and I new my loved one will be so pleased we went with them. The service was beautiful and she looked amazing. I highly recommend this funeral home.

The owner is polite but lacks profesionalism. Our first meeting was set at seven and even though he kept updating us it started past eight. The office is open by appointment only. Even though we had scheduled to drop off the clothes for my father there was nobody there to receive the clothes. The physical presentation of my father was very good. We had taken a bible so they would place it on my fathers coffin and when we saw him first the Bible was missing. We had to ask the staff why the Bible was missing and they had it stored inside a safe but was eventually placed on him. The viewing at funeral home went well besides the Bible incident. The staff was helpful and answered our questions. During the burial the only thing the staff did was assist on getting the body out of the hearse. During the ceremony we couldn’t find the dirt that we were going to throw over the coffin and there was no staff around. We did not know how to proceed, needed assistance controlling the flow of things and how people would get to pay their last respects. I have never seen the funeral staff leave before the burial ceremony is over. We got the second to the best package they offered. I honestly feel we could have bought our own casket and gotten only what we needed since we paid premium price for budget service.
