I was unfortunate and had two funerals back to back, my mom and my step dad. My step dads was first at Carlton’s and it was very nice although smaller venue, limited parking and less personable. I hosted my mothers the next day at Singleton’s and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m 30 so this was not an easy thing for me and Wendy helped me so much with everything from my budget to just my overall outlook and message to my younger siblings. She went above and beyond helping us get a tv and video playing during the service to getting a copy of my mom’s fingerprints for us because she thought they were beautiful. Wendy even stepped in and offered prayer when our clergy couldn’t make it. All in all the parking lot is bigger, the venue is bigger and they hold the door for the guests, It’s the little things that matter on days that hard. I’m really grateful we could honor my mom there and if you’re reading this for the same reasons I’m sorry for your loss.
