Mark did not introduce himself properly over the phone. During the meeting he didn't explain what would be included in the charges and was very agitated when I asked questions. I actually thought he was trying to lose business for the funeral home. He told me he explained about the burial assistance program when we met but he did not. When I asked him about it he started yelling at me. That's when I decided to go with another funeral home. Mark was very rude and I don't want him to treat my daughter like this when I pass away.
