We lost our beautiful, kind big hearted, sweet 42 year old daughter in August, We were referred to Simplicity by the hospital. My daughter was an organ donor so we needed to wait until she was officially declared brain dead. While we waited we went to Simplicity to make cremation arrangements. The two women there (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names). As you would imagine it was a very emotional time for myself, her father, her sister and brother. They explained everything to us and left the room so we could discuss our options. At no time did they try to pressure us. They were very sympathetic and we felt they had our best interest in mind. Were are very grateful for their professionalism, empathy and friendship. They made it easier for us in a beyond difficult situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if necessary.

There aren't enough words for me to describe just how wonderfully pleasant the staff at simplicity made everything! I never would have imagined such an unpleasant situation could be anything but yet Simplicity and their staff exceeded any expectations I could have had! I HIGHLY recommend their services. As a born and raised Charlestonian I've had my experiences with other funeral homes in the area and Simplicity is by far the best!

My sister and I have used simplicity twice to cremate my mother and grandmother. Both times they made the experience seamless and easy. It’s hard dealing with the loss of a loved one, but having simplicity in our corner through the process was great. I will always recommend their services because they genuinely care about their customers.
