These people are terrible. They talk really nice to you, but they don’t get the job done. My dad‘s doctors office did not do electronic death certificates and they waited 3 week's to go out to have them sign it. I gave them a bad review already and they blamed it on the doctor being on vacation for three weeks which is not true. They were gone one week It’s now been almost 3 months and we still don’t have a death certificate. I contacted them again and now they suddenly have it. I must have 50 points of contact trying to get the cremains and death certificate. Their incompetence is astounding.

Mike, our care specialist was caring and considerate. Getting doctor signatures and my mother's cremation on the crematory schedule took a while. I think all the permits/licenses is what was the hold up. Government beurocracy! All in all I would recommend After.com to anyone.

My family had the best experience with after our care rep Kacey was so kind and patient she answered every single question and tried her best to help us when the hospital my mother died at was giving us the runaround they made us wait almost a month for one signature Kacey went above and beyond for us and helped get our mom home swiftly I will be recommending after to all my friends and family
