Our mother passed away in January. We chose Ross Hollywood Chapel to help us with her burial and celebration of life. It was the best decision we could've made. Brittni took care of us. She is a lovely person. Kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. Valerie was our celebrant and she did such a great job that people who came to the service thought she must've known our mom! Astin was so helpful in walking me through how to organize a celebration of life for my late husband. Everything went so well - flawlessly, in fact. She was able to give me the details about military honors at Willamette National Cemetery. She is knowledgeable and empathetic - a wonderful combination. Garth served as the celebrant, and did a tremendous job telling the story of my husband's life and welcoming each speaker. I can't say enough about how they made the day so heartfelt and special. I would recommend Ross Hollywood to to anyone.

Brittni is a thorough and empathetic rockstar!! No one wants to deal with the business aspect of death of a loved one. I have done this on a few occasions and the staff at Ross Hollywood were by far the most supportive I have ever dealt with. Our funeral director Brittni surpassed every expectation that I had and was graceful and kind. She went above and beyond and took care of so many things that other vendors failed to complete for us. I love the pride she takes in the sensitive field of work she does.
