Losing a loved one is never an easy experience, but Mark and Debbie helped make the process a little bit easier. While the financial aspects seem a little cold, it has to be remembered that everything in life is a transaction and we live in a capitalist society where services do cost. That being said, the staff were very kind and straightforward/transparent with the related costs. All services were provided as promised. After the initial meeting involving costs, both Mark and Debbie functioned more as friends than as a business transaction. Both were incredibly kind in responding to my many questions in the days following and in providing support. Mark even very tactfully offered suggestions for pre-planning my other parent's needs so as to avoid the financial stress during a time of shock and grieving. They both seemed to genuinely care about our family's needs and well-being during this highly emotional process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
