I had the pleasure of working with Eric when both of my parents passed away. 22 years ago, he handled the shock and grief of my father's unexpected passing in such a kind and sensitive manner. My father's funeral was such a beautiful tribute! When my mother passed earlier this month, Eric, yet again, treated me with a kindness and compassion that made the process of planning easy, both mentally and emotionally. My mother's celebration of life was better than I could have imagined -- and it would have never happened in such a respectful manner without him. English Funeral home was easy to work with. The personnel were very compassionate, knowledgeable & organized making a difficult time go smoothly. They were very respectful & all of the arrangements, transport and set up were timely and professional so the family had no worries. Their on line obituary is a great feature for anyone who doesn’t take the local newspaper. We had a prearranged funeral agreement with them which I highly recommend to take some of the pressure off during this difficult time.

Eric and the entire English Funeral Chapel family could not have been more professional and capable while at the same time caring, compassionate and Loving. Eric lifted such an immense burden from us in our most vulnerable time of need and it can't be said any better than he genuinely cared for us as a family and as individuals as we walked this path of grief. Not only did Eric and crew take care of the obvious needs, he graciously extended himself to help in areas that were far beyond the typical services you would expect. He still calls us to check in and see if there is any thing he can do weeks after Vickey's passing. What a blessing the Eric and the English family have been to us.
