Mitch Rivers and his team were extremely caring and supportive helping to ease the worries during a difficult time. Mitch in particular went the extra mile to take care of all the details related to planning the service and was a great resource on what to do when a loved one passes. Graham Hall treated my two sisters and I like we were old friends. The only thing we needed was a cremation for our mom. Though we did not use the facility for a service because of out of state circumstances, the facility was superb. Our mom was in hospice care and when they came to my sister's house in Aiken for our mom John and Phillip treated our mom with the outmost respect.

Reviews are the last thing you think of doing when you have a funeral for a loved one. In my case, our family lost our father and my mother lost a 41 year faithful husband on Oct 2nd 2020. Mitch, the funeral director was very accomodating and informative, and he allowed us to set up our things (for a projector, woodworking items my father had made out of rememberance, etv) the day before the funeral and the ushers were very respectful and showed interest in the story of our fathers life as they talked and inquired about him. Shellhouse has laid to rest our uncle and grandfather as well. Its been a tradition I suppose to use this funeral home 3 times for my fathers side of the family. None of us want to face death and this was so hard on us. But Mitch and his team were so nice and respectful. Its not even a question if you're on the fence and looking for a place to memorialize your loved ones. Thanks Mitch, and your team.
