The staff was amazing to me and my family, Robert, and Randall were wonderful to us, and caring, going threw very hard time, in our lives. My husband of 35, years passed away. They cared about our needs . And made it easy for us all. Thank you! And called to see how i was doing , and my older children. They really care. It's always stressful when you lose someone, due to the emotions involved. Then you have to decide on the funeral arrangements and all of the details involved with it. Thankfully we had the people at Shannon's on Rude Snow to help and guide us through this period. With their compassion and understanding of the situation, they were able to help us insure the services met all of our expectations. I would personally like to thank Mr Robert Orr,Jr for his help and guidance in this, also Mr Randell Counter for his assistance in so many things.
