If zero stars was an option that is what they would get. I pray anyone else processing their family through this home has a better experience then we did. They lack staffing, they rush through the process where things are missed. They forget the actual wheels to transport the body so service starts super late. I can honestly keep going which is ridiculous. But best believe when it comes to the payment they are on top of that. Also if you wish to air your grievances they will deflect in anyway to take no responsibility in any error or mess up. Especially if your name is not on the contract they will not DEAL with you. Super unprofessional and rude. Both our director and her supervisor.

I just want to say thank you to Cope Memorial and Wanona for all their help when my mom passed away. They were really kind and took care of everything with a lot of respect. They made a really tough time a bit easier for my family and I. Also, they were there whenever we needed them. I’m so grateful for how they treated us and helped to memorialize my mom. Thank you again.
